Freight Shipping
Many of the items we sell at Avara Home are too large and/or heavy to ship with standard postal carriers.
As of 01/01/2024, all orders under $199 will incur a $19.95 shipping charge due to increasing freight costs.
Orders Processing & Shipping
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days and shipped using a fully tracked courier service. Our chosen couriers include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, who facilitate the delivery of your items from our suppliers’ warehouses.
Processing times may vary depending on the brand—please review brand-specific details on individual product pages.
Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card.

We then confirm availability with our suppliers. If your item is in stock, we will process the charge and submit the order for shipment.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.
Order Shipment

If your item is in stock and your payment has been processed, it will ship within 5 business days of your order date.

Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse.

If you do not receive tracking details within 6 business days, contact us at support@avarahome.com.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the continental United States. Select products may also be available in Canada if checkout is permitted for your address.
Changing Your Address

If your order has already processed or shipped and you need to update your address, we will do our best to accommodate.

Delays may occur as a result of the change.

Any additional freight charges incurred due to the change will be the responsibility of the customer.

If an order is canceled due to shipping delays, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping charges, warehouse storage costs, and return fees.

Shipping Options
Free Curbside Delivery – Standard with all orders. Items are delivered to your driveway or curbside, usually within 5–10 business days after shipping.
Threshold Delivery – Items are brought onto your porch, garage, or sheltered area.
White Glove Delivery – Items are delivered to your room of choice, include minor assembly, and all packaging materials are removed.
